Welcome to Hoople Creek Sweets! We are delighted you are visiting us today! Here are a few things we thought you might like to know as you explore our website.

Our designs have been carefully selected to represent a wide range of thoughtful and very affordable gifts for any occasion or no occasion at all. Pictures of all available designs, as well as designs coming soon, are shown throughout our front page. If you do not see a design that fits an occasion or personality, please send us an email using the form on the front page.

Our chocolates are handmade using ingredients which result in an exceptionally smooth flavor and texture. We call our chocolates, “a dark color with a royal flavor.” Once you taste our chocolates, we think you will agree with the majority of our family and friends that Hoople Creek Sweets are neither light chocolate nor dark chocolate in flavor but very delicious! While minor imperfections may appear, our test group and regular customers also continue to assure us that, based on overall flavor and uniqueness, our chocolates are second to none! We hope you agree and save our website to your Favorites for future reference.

All orders are made to order and include simple but presentable packaging at no additional cost. Special custom boxes, baskets, buckets, fancy ribbons and bows are available upon request.

All orders always include a free gift because, well, who doesn’t like free chocolate! If you send us a note with a list of your favorites, we might just include an extra free chocolate or two to your order!

Ask us about quantity discounts. It’s a real thing!

Click on everything on our website. And, yes, we do mean everything! While we think we have successfully tested and confirmed the technology running this website is working as it should, we also know that issues can occur. If you encounter any problems with our website or you discover a typo, punctuation or grammar boo-boo, please send us a note right away so we can resolve every issue as quickly as possible. We will reward your efforts, patience, and understanding, of course, with free chocolate in your next order.

For a limited time, shipping throughout the United States has been significantly discounted, unless the weight requires it to be transported on a wooden pallet (and we all know wood is expensive)! We also reserve the right to request reimbursement for orders we need to re-ship or re-route due to errors and/or omissions discovered after an order has been submitted for processing. At the end of the day, we will put our best foot forward to fulfill every order in a timely manner. If your order is required by a specific date, please send us a note with the date of your event BEFORE you submit your order. Tracking information (if available) will be provided when each order has been shipped.

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives in good condition. However, if your order arrives in an unidentifiable glob, please take a picture and send it to us. We will re-ship the damaged portion of your order free of charge.

Just to make certain we are all on the same page, we want to clearly state here that Hoople Creek Sweets is in no way responsible or liable for any issues arising from the purchase and/or the consumption of our sweets. It is chocolate and should be consumed in the normal and reasonable manner a person eats chocolate. If you have allergies or any other medical condition which may or could arise as a result of your consumption of Hoople Creek Sweets, please a consult a health care professional prior to the purchase and/or consumption of our sweets.
